Hello Everyone...
These photos of the Bald Eagle were taken on May 19, 2010 at the Green Hills Golf Course. The eaglets are approximately 59-60 days old. When the temperature gets warm, the Eagles pant to help cool their body temperature down....or, in the Moms case, fluff out their feathers or spread her wings to help release body heat.

These photo's of the Osprey were taken at Tuttle Marsh on May 16, 2010. Mom is still incubating the eggs and took a short flight around the nest area to get some exercise.

These photo's of a Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker were taken at Tuttle Marsh on May 16, 2010. The female has a white throat and the male has a red throat. Both have a red crown.
