Hello Everyone...
These ducks are 15 to 18 inches in length. This photo is of two females and one male in flight. It was taken on Apr 2nd at the Chippewa Nature Center.

Hello Everyone...
As I came over the hill at the Wetlands at the Chippewa Nature Center, I spotted these Ring-Necked Ducks. Unfortunately, this is the only photo I got. They were in flight as soon as they spotted me. This photo was taken on Mar 22nd.
These ducks are 15-18 inches in length and the males have a black back with a white vertical marking before the wing. The female has a light face patch, dark eye and white eye-ring. Both have a white ring on bill.
