Birds ~~ Common Grackle
Hello Everyone...
This photo of a Common Grackle was taken in my backyard on July 5th. This bird is 11 to 13 inches in length. They are a large iridescent blackbird larger than a robin. Flight is more level than that of other blackbirds. They enjoy croplands, towns, groves (especially pines for nesting), and streamsides.
