Hello Everyone...
While at the Chippewa Nature Center, walking the Wetlands area....I heard a new bird call. The call was coming from the grassy area. I looked and looked, but didn't see the bird. After about 20 minutes, I finally found an Eastern Meadowlark. They say, when you see these birds, spring is truly in the air...yahoo!! These birds are about 9 inches in length. These photo's were taken on Mar 27th.
