Hello Everyone...
These photo's of a Ring-Necked Pheasant were taken at the Pinconning Nature Preserve on July 11th. The first photo is a female and the second photo is a juvenile. The female is about 24 inches in length. The adult has a long sweeping pointed tail. It runs swiftly and has a strong flight (take-off is very noisy).
