Hello Everyone...
Well, it rained all day yesterday. So I didn't venture out.
The photo's I'm sharing today were actually taken on Mar 3rd at the Midland Cemetery. This is a male White-Winged Crossbill sitting on the corner of a monument. The first photo shows the colors in the wing feathres and tail feathers. The second photo shows just how far this bird can turn its head.

Well, I went back to the Midland Cemetery today. These are White-Winged Crossbills. The rosy/pink color one is the male and the olive/gray color one is a female.

We had bright sunshine today, but gosh, it was COLD out there!! I went back to the Midland Cemetery, and found 2 male White-Winged Crossbills and 6 female White-Winged Crossbills. The males are the rosy/pink color and the females are the olive gray color.
